Same Project from previous hackathon

Hey ,

It's heartbreaking to see projects such as : https://devpost.com/software/metagate

They are just changing the project name and submitting the same project in different hackathons

They have previously won the near metabuild hackathon , here's the archived proof

I think this is unfair to people who are building from scratch. They just win the prize and move on to other chains
